Thank you for shopping with us and hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange / refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
1. RETURNS
All returns must be dated within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging / labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
After receiving an RMA number, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase /and the return form provided, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days to process returns from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged products / items due to negligence and or misuse.
- Used products where they are no longer required / needed or required or used by the buyer.
For defective or damaged products will require assessment before a refund can be arranged

- Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of sale
2. FREIGHT
Freight cost may vary because of bulk items. All shoppers will be informed prior to dispatch of any variations.
Delivery is only available within Australia, only customers with an Australian billing address can purchase from this website
Our delivery fee of $15 is based on a standard size* parcel (within the Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Metropolitan Area), however all standard size* parcels over $150* will be shipped free of charge
*A Standard sized parcel is any parcel with a full-width measurement circumference of 110cm or less and does not exceed the total weight of 3kg.
*Shipping charges outside of the above-mentioned areas will need to be calculated. We will make contact before processing your order, with any variation in shipping charges
